To start with, 2009 has been a great year in terms of organic growth, but as the whole world tried to come to terms with the Global Economic Crisis, we too were not left untouched. Being young, and getting tested in a time like this, takes more than just perseverance to survive. It’s because of you we are still standing firm and envisioning a great year ahead at Esberi.

By stating that 2009 was great, what we meant was expanding our global footprint. We had great business from Germany, Singapore & the Middle East. And all along we met you, and learned and grew by sharing our experience. At Esberi, we have always strived to be a User-Centric Organization, be it developing engaging applications or envisioning a product. As we enter 2010, we promise to exceed your expectations by consistently performing and helping you grow, and also assure you that Esberi shall try to honor its commitments with right faith. Be it clients, who gave us opportunity to demonstrate our capabilities, or vendors who had believed in our vision and walked through the challenging times along with us. We are thankful for your generous support, and are honored to work with people like you.

Stepping into 2010 is quite challenging and yet exciting, as we test our new business model. Growing up with backing from Angel investors has not been easy and this year at Esberi we focus on building resource, both financial and human. In the coming financial year, Esberi shall unveil its new Training facility in Hyderabad; targeted to produce the highest number of Adobe Certified Experts, focus more on Adobe LiveCycle consulting apart from UI design and development, and work out the new Customer Engagement Model, where in we would not only understand the project requirements closely with our clients, but also help them kick-start project initiatives without worrying much about the project financials.

In the last three months at Esberi we underwent a business transformation, along with a holistic analysis of mistakes made in 2009. Yes, every organization goes through successes and failures. As in 2008, when we prided ourselves on our success; we also acknowledge our mistakes in 2009. We believe this as part of business, and shall take every step to ensure that such mistakes are not repeated. With your support and our sincere efforts, we hope that 2010 shall be a great year at Esberi, and that same time next year we shall share brighter moments of our success story with you.
